Hilario Figirova, Jr., whose last known address was in Victoria, has been added to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitives list. A cash reward of up to $10,000 is being offered for information leading to his arrest.

Figirova, 29, also has possible ties to the San Antonio and Lake Jackson/Brazoria County areas. He is affiliated with the Hermandad de Pistoleros Latinos gang, and has previously been convicted of Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Theft, Unauthorized Use of Vehicle, various drug-related charges and Escape. He is considered armed and dangerous.

Figirova, who also goes by Dirty Penny and Youngster, Jr., is 5 feet and 8 inches tall and has several tattoos: "HPILARIO JR" on the center of his upper chest; "Rachel," "Lalo," praying hands, and a cross around his left arm; and tribal art on inside right forearm. He also has a scar on top of his right hand.
