Stanley and Adeline Skrzycki of La Vernia, Texas, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary on Sunday, Nov. 27, 2011. The celebration began with a Mass at the Annunciation of Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in St. Hedwig. The couple were wed in this church Nov. 27, 1951.

The couple are blessed with six children, James Skrzycki and wife Amelia, Stanley Skrzycki Jr. and wife Susan, Jacqueline Kowalik and husband Robert, Mark Skrzycki and wife Yvonne, Gary Skrzycki and wife Julie, and David Srkzycki; 11 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

A luncheon reception followed the Mass in Lubianski’s Hall in St. Hedwig with family, friends, and neighbors.
