Keith and Gayle Friesenhahn of La Vernia, Texas, are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming wedding of their son, Joshua Ryan Sanders Friesenhahn, to Randi Rose Moon of Arlington. Randi is the daughter of Randy and Dawn Moon of Flower Mound and Maureen Moon of Arlington.

The prospective groom, a graduate of La Vernia High School, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in biomedical engineering from LeTourneau University in Longview. He is currently employed as a research and development engineer for medical devices in Flower Mound.

Joshua finds great joy in serving his church in the Children’s Ministry and in worship alongside his fiancée at The Village Church in Flower Mound.

The bride-elect graduated from Martin High School and received a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology at Texas A&M University. She also earned a master’s degree in counseling from Dallas Baptist University.

Randi thoroughly enjoys her current role as a biblical counselor in Flower Mound, and delights in mentoring women at their church. She also serves in various other capacities at their church. The two met while serving together in the Children’s Ministry.

The couple plan to wed on Friday, Feb. 3, 2012, in their home church, The Village. They will reside in Flower Mound and look forward to the Lord’s plans for their future together.
