Eugenia Rose Padalecki Kiolbassa of St. Hedwig, Texas, born Jan. 9, 1933, to Stanley and Emelia Padalecki, was called to her heavenly home on Friday, Jan. 6, 2012.

She is survived by her husband of 55 years, August J. Kiolbassa; her children, Clarence Kiolbassa and wife Jean, Kenneth Kiolbassa, Cheryl Michalec and husband Michael, and Michelle Kiolbassa and Paul Hernandez; her grandchildren, Bethany, Stephen, and Sarah Michalec; her honorary son, Jim Meils; her brothers and sister, Stanley, Johnny, and Anita Padalecki; and sisters-in-law Lillian May and Irene Fraizer.

The family wishes to express heartfelt thanks to special angels who lovingly cared for her, Bradi, Amy, Alicia, and Lisa.

A rosary was recited Sunday, Jan. 8, at 7 p.m. in the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in St. Hedwig.

A funeral Mass was celebrated Monday at 10 a.m. in the church.

Interment followed in the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Cemetery in St. Hedwig.

Memorial donations may be made to the Annunciation of the BVM Steeple Fund, 14011 F.M. 1346, P.O. Box 100, St. Hedwig, TX 78152.
