Rural Area Parenting Program Services will host a tobacco-awareness class Wednesday, Jan. 11, and an anger-management class Friday, Jan. 13. Classes begin at 10 a.m. at the program’s location of 628 South Austin St. in Seguin.

The service is a nonprofit organization that provides parenting, co-parenting (for persons going through a divorce), anger-management, and alcohol- and tobacco-awareness classes. Classes are provided by a licensed social worker, parent educator, and anger-management therapist. Scheduling is flexible. Certification for completion of these classes is accepted by the judicial system.
