Get into giving in the New Year
Resolve to donate, support local groups
It’s a new year, and for many, that means turning over a new leaf. Maybe your resolution for this year is to be more involved in community activities, or to support a local organization by volunteering, or perhaps to donate time or funds to a good cause.
Throughout 2011, the Wilson County News ran a feature series, “A Year of Giving,” highlighting organizations doing good work or offering services to meet needs in the Wilson County News readership area.
