Offer condolences


Dolores Vasquez, 61, passed away Wednesday, Jan. 11, 2012. She was born Sept. 17, 1950, the daughter of Jesus and Engracia (Gonzalez) Villegas.

She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, and one sister.

Dolores is survived by her husband of more than 35 years, Frank Vasquez of Stockdale, Texas; her sons, Jorge Vasquez and Julio Vasquez and wife Hilda, all of Austin; her daughters, Marisol Vasquez of Ohio and Raquel Vasquez of Stockdale; her grandchildren, Lorena Vasquez, Enrique Vasquez, and Marlin Ramzinski; two brothers; three sisters; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other loving family.

Visitation was held Friday, Jan. 13, from 5:30-8:30 p.m. in the Finch Funeral Chapel in Stockdale, with a rosary recited at 6:30 p.m.

A funeral Mass was celebrated Saturday at 2 p.m. in St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Stockdale, with Father Dennis Jarzombek officiating.

Interment followed in St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery in Stockdale.

Memorial donations may be made by way of Mass cards.
