7-8 am Check-in, weigh, & classify all Market Lambs

& check-in Breeding Sheep

8:30 am Breeding Sheep show followed by Market Lamb

show and sheep showmanship

8:30-9:30 am Check-in Breeding Goats & weigh Market Goats

10:30 am Judging of Breeding Goats followed by judging

of Market Goats & showmanship

(or 30 minutes after the completion of the Lamb show)

3-6 pm Arrival of Market & Breeding Swine (must be in place by 6 pm)

5-7 pm Check-in Ag Mechanics projects

6 pm Classifying & weighing of all Market Hogs

8 pm Check-in Breeding Gilts

Thursday, Jan. 26

7-8:30 am Check-in all Rabbits

9 am Judging of Rabbits

1-3 pm Weigh & classify Market Steers

3-4 pm Check-in of Beef Heifers & Bulls

3 pm Judging of Breeding Hogs followed by Market Hogs

& showmanship

(or 30 minutes after the completion of the Rabbit show,

whichever is later)

7:30-9 am Baked Food check-in

7:30-9:30 am Check-in all Poultry

10 am Poultry judging beginning with Turkeys immediately

followed by Broilers

1 pm Judging of Beef Heifers & Bulls followed by Beef Cattle


(or 30 minutes after the completion of the Poultry show,

whichever is later)

2:30 pm Posting of Baked Foods show results & viewing

3 pm Release & sale of non-auction Baked Foods sale items

4 pm Judging of Market Steers followed by Steer showmanship

8 am Posting of the sale sheet

9 am Deadline for auction sale sheet corrections
