Union Valley Christian Academy, located on F.M. 1681 near Nixon, plans to open a day-care and play program for children ages 2 to 4 this fall and pre-enrollment is under way. This will complement the academy’s current kindergarten through 12th-grade program already in place.

As with the program for school-aged children, the day-care program will also follow the A Beka curriculum. Instead of the video program used by the older children, the younger children will be taught by a certified teacher, as long as pre-enrollment goals are met.

Pre-enrollment is now open, and parents who are interested are encouraged to enroll quickly. A $100 deposit will hold your child’s place in the class for the fall. Tuition for students in the day care and play program will be $100 per week; students will have the added benefit of classroom practice and instruction, along with play and socialization.

For more information, parents can visit the school or call 830-582-1382 or visit the Union Valley Christian Academy website at
