Social services experience required.  Responsible for assisting with recruiting and initial training of advocates, and coordinating cases in Wilson County and Karnes County with Atascosa County (home office). Alleen Joyce Baker Martinez, 75, of Seguin, Texas, died Saturday, Jan. 28, 2012, in a Seguin hospital. Alleen was born to Amil M. and Frances Alderman Baker on Sept. 5, 1936, in Stockdale.

Before her health forced her to retire, she worked as a home health-care aide.

She was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers, and one sister.

Alleen is survived by her daughter, Carolyn Wolfe and husband Patrick of LaCoste; her grandchildren, Sandra Tidball, William Brown, Jeremy Wolfe, Katelyn Wolfe, and Justin Wolfe; her sister, Brenda Roechker; and her brother, Amil Baker Jr.

A private family graveside service was held Tuesday, Jan. 31, in the Baker Family Cemetery in Blanco.
