Diana Atkins has been an active member of the South Texas Trail Riders (STTR) for 16 years, joining the ride in 1996.

Diana is the proud mother of three children, Donald, Dustin, and Amanda (STTR Queen 2008); and an equally proud grandmother of two beautiful granddaughters, Grace Lynn and Denise Elynor.

An employee of Rivers Restaurants, LTD since 2001, Diana has also been an Avon representative for the last 20 years. Her hobbies include league bowling, women’s volleyball, vegetable and flower gardening, and saving the best for last, “trail riding,” of course.

Diana is a life member of the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo. She is honored to have the opportunity to represent the South Texas Trail Riders as Sweetheart 2012.

Diana would like say “thank you” to the friends and fellow riders who felt she was deserving of this honor.
