Green Spaces Alliance of South Texas will hold its “Picture Your World” Youth Photography Program workshop Sunday, Feb. 19, from 1-4:30 p.m. at Government Canyon State Natural Area, located at 12861 Galm Road in San Antonio.

These workshops, open to youth ages 8 to 18, focus on learning about nature and its conservation from a naturalist, and learning camera techniques and composition from a professional photographer.

Each workshop culminates in a short critique of the day’s photos, and each participant takes home a CD of their day’s work.

Registration is $10 for members of Green Spaces Alliance and $15 for non-members.
