Austin, Texas - Members of Texas Students for Life will peacefully protest a birth control rally led by Planned Parenthood CEO Cecile Richards that will be held on the University of Texas campus on Friday, February 17th.

The rally is sponsored by the University Democrats, among others, and will begin at 2:00 PM in front of the LBJ Fountain on the east side of campus, at the intersection of east 23rd Street and Trinity Street. Those taking part in the protest will hold signs conveying pro-life messages. Elizabeth McClung, founder of Austin Coalition for Life, will be in attendance with Texas Students for Life."

Texas Students for Life seeks to educate the University of Texas on life issues such as abortion, euthanasia, stem cell research (adult and embryonic), and human cloning in a peaceful way. We also strive to support men and women who are experiencing an unplanned pregnancy or are hurting from a past abortion.
