SEGUIN -- Texas Lutheran University (TLU) Dramatic

Media Department presents Jose Rivera’s “Marisol” Friday through Sunday, March 2-4, in Jackson Auditorium at 1000 W. Court St. in Seguin.

Winner of a 1993 Obie Award, this apocalyptic urban fantasy urges society to “wake up” and recover the long-lost compassion for humanity, as this is the only way to save our world.

“Marisol” presents provocative themes without being conclusive, urging audiences to stay open-minded.

This production contains mature subject matter, themes, and language.

This event is open to the public. General admission tickets can be purchased at the TLU Bookstore for $10 for adults and $5 for non-TLU students and seniors; free admission with a TLU ID.

Evening performances begin at 7:30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, with matinee performances starting at 2:30 p.m. on Friday and Sunday.
