Old Chisholm Trail Drivers Queen Erin Aguirre and Trailride Committee Chairman TW Wheat bid on a lamb belonging to Buck Butler’s granddaughter during the 2012 San Antonio Livestock Exposition auction. The Trailride Committee was honored as a “Top Buyer” at the sale, spending more than $30,000 on exhibitors’ lamb, poultry, swine, and steer projects.

The San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo officials are proud to report another phenomenal year for the annual event, according to a Feb. 26 stock show and rodeo press release. There were nine individual record-setting grounds attendance days that allowed patrons to enjoy all that makes the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo “more than an 8 second ride!” . . .
