Blue Bonnet Club meets in Deagen home

The Stockdale Blue Bonnet Club met March 12 in the home of Kay Deagen. Refreshments were served prior to the meeting.

Vice President Billie Jo Wolff called the meeting to order and conducted the business meeting in the absence of the president. The secretary read the minutes of the February meeting. The roll call was conducted and committee reports were given.

Hostess for the April meeting will be Susan Cotter, with Frances Hastings to serve as program leader. Sharon West will serve as the April nursing home visitor.

Vanessa Bosanko, program leader, gave a short talk regarding St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, which is an Irish-American tradition in the United States.

Attending the meeting were Charlin Akin, Vanessa Bosanko, Linda Carden, Susan Cotter, Kay Deagen, Gina Deason, Helen Deason, Frances Hastings, Ginger Jackson, Mildred Kallies, Sandy Lynn, Bernice Person, Molly Rowell, Sharon West, Barbara Wiatrek, Billie Jo Wolff, and Teri Wolff.
