On Feb. 11, the American Advertising Federation (AAF) ADDY Award Competition presented Jessica Aniol of La Vernia with two Bronze ADDYs, four Silver ADDYs, and a Gold ADDY for graphic designs she produced for various clients of the Coastal Bend Business Innovation Center, where she has worked as a student graphic designer since September 2009.

The ADDY Awards is a national competition for both professional and student graphic designers to showcase their designs. Jessica competed at the local level in Corpus Christi, where she is attending Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. Jessica’s Gold ADDY presentation and three of the Silver ADDY presentations will advance on to the District level of the ADDY competition.

In January 2011, Jessica was given a graduate assistantship where she received a scholarship to attend graduate school at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi. She will graduate with her Master of Arts degree in December 2012.

Jessica’s parents are David and Lori Aniol of La Vernia.
