FLORESVILLE -- Angel Rangel, 32, of Floresville is being held in the Wilson County Jail on a total of $47,000 bond, according to jail records. He is charged with manufacture and delivery of more than 4 grams, but less than 200 grams, of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1, possession of less than 2 ounces of marijuana, and felony possession of a firearm, following his arrest at his 10th Street (U.S. 181) home just before midnight March 20.

Also arrested was 33-year-old Stephanie Carvajal, who was charged with possession of less than 1 gram of a controlled substance in Penalty Group 1 and also was arrested on a hot checks warrant from Wilson County. Jail records indicate she is being held on a total bond of $9,500.

Officers from the Flores-ville Police Department arrested the two after executing a search warrant at 9:41 p.m. on the home located near the southern edge of the city limits. Police said they recovered three firearms, methamphetamine, and marijuana.
