Clarence R. Moore, 73, of Seguin, Texas, and formerly of Nixon, died Tuesday, March 20, 2012, in San Antonio. He was born Nov. 11, 1938, in Nixon, the son of Kyle O. and Beryl E. (Magee) Moore.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his son, Clinton Moore.

Clarence is survived by his wife, Brenda (Elley) Moore of Seguin; his four daughters, Angi Underwood and husband Walt of Jefferson, Theresa Martinez and husband Andy of Lufkin, Christi Sikora and husband Daniel of La Vernia, and Charmaine Moore of New Braunfels; his sister, Elizabeth Anne Thiem of Seguin; and seven grandchildren, Jeff Chevalier, James and Jack Underwood, Timothy, Kaylin, and Jacob Martinez, and Tanner Sikora; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many close friends.

Visitation was held Friday, March 23, from 6-8 p.m. in the Finch Funeral Chapel of Nixon.

A funeral service was held Saturday at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Jim Kennedy officiating.

Interment followed in the Nixon Cemetery in Nixon.
