Jaguar teams finish second in Bandera

BANDERA -- After a weekend trip to Bandera to compete in the Bulldog Relays, the Floresville Jaguar varsity and junior varsity track and field teams returned home with a pair of second-place team trophies and several individual awards. Results are as follows:


Jennifer Mahula-4th, 100-meter dash.

Brooke Meis-6th, 100-meter dash; 6th, 200-meter dash; 3rd, 4x200-meter relay.

Julia Brock-6th, 400-meter dash.

DeHavalan Watts-1st, 1,600-meter run; 4th, 800-meter run; 3rd, 4x200-meter relay.

Glory Fite-5th, 300-meter hurdles.

Payton Cannon-3rd, 4x200-meter relay.

Erica Hernandez-1st, long jump; 1st, triple jump; 1st, high jump; 3rd, 4x200-meter relay.

Amanda Montoya-3rd, high jump.

Amber Wasicek- 3rd, shot put.

Ashley Hoelscher-6th, shot put.

Brielle Brown-1st, discus.

Stephanie Simmons-5th, discus.

Jasmine Geromiller, Liesel Raabe, Rebecca Flores, Ariana Hernandez, and Hannah Fite also competed for the varsity Jaguar team.
