Some Good Samaritans assist members of the Wilson County Emergency Medical Services as they tend to an injured Jose Torres, 32, of San Diego, Texas. The motorcyclist was thrown from his 2008 Harley-Davidson at approximately 1:30 p.m. April 3 after crashing into a 2010 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Ameila Ruiz, 70, of Floresville on south-bound U.S. 181 near the intersection of C.R. 130 in Floresville. According to Cpl. Javier Reyes of the Texas Department of Public Safety Highway Patrol, Torres was transported via ambulance to Connally Memorial Medical Center in Floresville.
