1965-2012

Anita M. Travieso passed away on Monday, March 26, 2012, in El Paso, Texas, at the age of 46 years, 9 months, and 5 days. She was born in Mexico on June 21, 1965, to Rafael Rodriguez and Esperanza Morales.

She is survived by her husband, Tom Travieso of El Paso; her daughters, Dorina Perez and Jeannette Herrera, both of Floresville, and Jessica Corona of Von Ormy; her sons, Luis Travieso of El Paso, Tomas Travieso of San Antonio, and David Travieso of Floresville; her sisters, Cecilia Rodriguez of Lake Jackson and Norma Rodriguez of Lubbock; her brothers, Raul Rodriguez and Rafael Rodriguez, both of Van Horn, and Gilberto Rodriguez of Odessa; and one grandchild.

Visitation was held Sunday, April 1, in the Franklin Funeral Home in Floresville from 5-9 p.m.

Funeral services were held on Monday at 10 a.m. in the Floresville Christian Fellowship Church with Pastor Bennie Herrera officiating.

Interment followed in the Sacred Heart Cemetery in Floresville.
