1918-2012

Ernest B. Javior, 93, passed away Saturday, April 7, 2012. He was born to Ben and Ida V. (Mihalski) Javior July 25, 1918.

Ernest retired from the Lone Star Brewery, and was a member of the Brewery Workers Local and Holy Name Society. He was also a lifetime member of the American Legion and a veteran of World War II, serving in the U.S. Air Force.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife, Ida (Drzymala) Javior.

Ernest is survived by his children, Patricia Alber, Kathryn Theis, Ervin Javior and wife Pamela, and Adeline Foti and husband John; 12 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; his brother, Paul Javior; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Sunday, April 15, from 5-8 p.m. in the Finch Funeral Chapel in La Vernia, Texas, with a rosary recited at 7 p.m.

A funeral Mass will take place Monday at 10 a.m. in the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Church in St. Hedwig, with Father Bill Zadora officiating.

Interment will follow in the Annunciation of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic Cemetery in St. Hedwig.

Memorial donations may be made by way of Mass cards.
