Everybody wants increased domestic oil production, jobs, and prosperity in South Texas. Development of the Eagle Ford shale can bring us these wonderful things. But I don’t think anyone wants new RV parks or fly-by-night limited-liability operators trucking fracking waste into old disposal wells or pits adjacent to our agricultural or residential property, not to mention dangerous and destructive truck traffic clogging the roads we take to school and work.  . . .
