Mayor of Poth

To the Citizens of Poth:

We are excited about our summer movie schedule at the park. We really would like your input. Please head to the city website at www.cityofpoth.org to vote for the movies that you would like us to show. You can vote for your seven favorites. Voting will be open until Monday, April 30.

The dates for the Friday movies this summer are May 18; June 1, 15, and 29; July 13 and 27; and Aug. 10.

All movies start shortly after dark. Feel free to take your blankets or lawn chairs. You are also invited to take your own snacks and beverages.

If you are interested in being a food vendor for any of the nights, contact City Hall.

Also if you are in a band, choir, or theater group, the amphitheater would love to have you come and perform. Contact us if you are interested.

The city would like to give special thanks to Lisa Theuret and Girl Scout Troop 2532. They took the time to clean and repaint the picnic tables at the park. They did a wonderful job and we are so proud to have them as part of our community.

I would also like to welcome Hunt Oil to Poth. They have built a beautiful new office in Poth and are going to be a great addition to the Plaza.

Have a great spring and God Bless.

Travis Pruski is the mayor of Poth.
