Edward and Rhonda Hrna of Floresville, Texas, are proud to announce the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter, Kristen, to Rory Hastings of Stockdale. Rory is the son of Allen and Priscilla Hastings.

Kristen is the granddaughter of the late Alvin and Martha Hrna, and Clifford and Adeline Herbst.

Rory is the grandson of John and Marie Shutt, Margaret Hastings and the late Ron Hastings, and Ruby Chance and the late Carl Chance.

The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Floresville High School, and a 2010 graduate of Texas A&M University-San Antonio. She is currently employed as a services coordinator at AACOG.

The prospective groom is a 1996 graduate of Edna High School. He is currently employed as a rig manager with Nabors Drilling.

The couple plan to wed Saturday, April 28, 2012, at Boulder Springs in New Braunfels, Texas.
