As members of Congress continue to dissect the 2012 Farm Bill, ag groups draw lines in the sand as to what programs they believe should remain or be eliminated. Should it be the Livestock Title that accounted for $1 million of the Food, Conservation, and Energy Act of 2008 -- the 2008 Farm Bill that expires in 2012?
