1932-2012

Alfredo Roman Trevino passed away Monday, April 23, 2012, in Floresville, Texas, at the age of 79 years, 10 months, and 15 days. He was born June 8, 1932, in Robstown, the son of Jose and Julia Trevino. He was a resident of Floresville for 14 years and a former resident of California.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his daughters, Julie Trevino and Maria Trevino; and his son, Martin Flores.

Alfredo is survived by his wife, Elena Trevino of Floresville; his children, Nancy Cabatic and husband Robert of Rancho Palos Verdes, Calif., Johnny Trevino and wife Andrea Luna of Lubbock, Rosie Trevino, Jose Trevino, and Elias Trevino; his sisters, Eva Henrietta Cox of Harahan, La., and Linda Creal of Illinois; his brothers, Jose Trevino of Long Beach, Calif., Daniel Trevino of Gillette, Wyo., Samson Trevino of California, and Tim Tom Trevino of California; 10 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be held Saturday, May 5, at 9 a.m. in the Iglesia Bautista El Calvario in Floresville.

A funeral service will be held Saturday at 10 a.m. in the church, with the Rev. Wilford Amaro officiating.

Inurnment will follow at a later date.
