Rice gets doctorate

Darrell Rice of Floresville has received a Doctor of Education degree with a specialization in educational leadership.

The title of his dissertation was Leadership Strategies Utilized by Principals in a South Texas School District to Support Multicultural Education.

Rice works for the Northside Independent School District in San Antonio as a school administrator.

He is the son of Robert and Sherry Rice of La Vernia.
