Faulkner, Felux to marry in May
Michelle Elise Faulkner and Steven Dwayne Felux
Dr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Faulkner of Linden, Germany, are pleased to announce the engagement and approaching marriage of their daughter, Michelle Elise Faulkner, to Steven Dwayne Felux, the son of Harry and Sharon Felux of Floresville, Texas.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Roy and Ruth Spears, formerly of Marlow, Okla., Arthur and Barbara Faulkner of Tyler, and the late Patsy Faulkner, formerly of Lindale.
The prospective groom is the grandson of Elias and Julie Yosko of Floresville, and Fabian and Dorothy Felux of Elmendorf.
Michelle, a 2007 graduate of Floresville High School, graduated from the University of Maryland in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science degree in operations management from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, University of Maryland, College Park. Michelle was a clarinetist with the Repertoire Orchestra of the University of Maryland and has trained as a distance runner.
Steven, a 2004 graduate of Floresville High School, is a 2005 graduate of the Universal Technical Institute of Houston. He enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in December 2006. He has been stationed in Pensacola, Fla.; Misawa, Japan; and Fort Meade, Md., and is currently assigned to Lackland Air Force Base in San Antonio as a communications signals analyst.
The couple are planning a May 2012 wedding.
After a honeymoon in Saint Lucia in the West Indies, they will reside in Floresville, Texas.
