Stockdale Elementary School will hold its pre-k registration for the 2012-13 school year on Tuesday, May 8, from 3:45-5:30 p.m. in the elementary school library at 503 South Fourth St. in Stockdale. Stockdale Elementary School has a full-day prekindergarten program.

Students that live in the district must be 4 years old on or before Sept. 1, 2012, and meet certain eligibility standards. A student must qualify for one of the following: be unable to speak or comprehend English, educationally disadvantaged (eligible for free or reduced lunch program), or be homeless.

Items needed for registration include state-issued birth certificate, Social Security card, current immunization record, parent driver license or identification card, proof of residency (water or electric bill), and most-current proof of income. For information, call 830-996-1612.
