The District 10 4-H Entomology judging contest was held April 14, in the Wilson County Criminal Justice Center in Floresville. Twenty-four 4-H members from Guadalupe and Wilson counties participated. During the contest, the Wilson County 4-H’ers stung the competition in all age categories.

In the junior division, the first-place team of Xavier Martinez, Anna Welfel, and Natalie Marek also placed first-, second-, and third- high-point individuals, respectively.

In the intermediate division, the first-place team of Austin Akin, Nathan Wiatrek, and Ethan Campos also placed first-, second-, and fourth-high-point individuals, respectively.

In the senior division, Gage Bush and Adlai Welfel placed first- and second-high-point individuals, respectively. They all have earned the right to compete at state.
