■ Commissioner, Pct. 3

As your appointed commissioner for the past year, I have learned the duties required. I have kept my fellow taxpayers in mind when making all decisions. I know the demands of the job in managing county affairs, including the budget process. With my broad experience, I can contribute greatly to all aspects of county government.

I have served Precinct 3 for the last 27 years, the first 12 years as a machinery operator. My next 14 years I was the foreman; last year, I was appointed county commissioner.

I am proficient with all equipment used in Precinct 3. I have great knowledge of all materials needed to build and repair roads, as well as low-water crossings. I have worked beside our local fire department, fighting fires and helping in flood situations. I am out on bad weather nights, making sure all roads are safe for our buses and citizens. I will also continue to support our EMS.

A lifelong member of Precinct 3; I live in Sutherland Springs. No one will work harder or be more productive than I will.

Your vote for me will ensure that Precinct 3 will improve year after year. I am a 24/7/365 working commissioner.
