■ County Attorney

I am Daynah Fallwell. I received my BA in psychology with a minor in criminal justice from the University of Texas at Tyler and my Doctor of Jurisprudence from Baylor University School of Law. Before attending law school, I worked as an adult probation officer for four years in Snyder, Scurry County, Texas.

I moved to Wilson County in 2002 to take the position of assistant county attorney, where I served until 2006. Since 2006, I have had a private practice in Wilson County and have served as prosecutor for the city of La Vernia from 2005 until 2008 and the city of Floresville from 2008 to present. I have coached Little League softball and worked with local youth organizations. I am passionate about protecting our children and their future.

If elected as county attorney, I will serve the citizens full time. I will assist our county commissioners in applying for grant funds to help meet the needs of our precincts. I will passionately seek justice in all criminal and civil cases brought before me.

I humbly ask for your vote that I may serve you as your next county attorney. Let’s put the “servant” back into public servant.
