Managing the cowherd program
The Texas AgriLife Extension Service offices of Wilson and Karnes counties will sponsor part four of the five-part series, “Restarting Your Cattle Operation,” Wednesday, May 16, at 7 p.m. in the Falls City Community Hall in Falls City.
Dr. Joe Paschal, Extension livestock specialist, will discuss various nutrition and health practices that are needed for your cattle operation.
Dr. Larry Falconer, Extension economist, will discuss the costs and returns of the nutrition and health practices that were discussed.
Two general Continuing Education Units will be offered at the program. A $10 participation fee will be payable at the door.
