1923-2012

Floyce M. White, born Feb. 19, 1923, passed away Monday, May 7, 2012, at the age of 89.

Floyce was born in Fort Worth, Texas, was a former resident of Victoria and San Antonio, and had lived in Houston since 2007.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Vernon E. White; and her son, Johnny Lynn White.

Floyce is survived by her sons, Ernest White and wife Pamela, Thomas Earl White and wife Peggy, and Vernon L. White and wife Sharon; her daughter-in-law, Carolyn White; 11 grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held Thursday, May 10, from 6-9 p.m. in the Dellcrest Funeral Home in San Antonio.

A funeral service was held Friday at 1 p.m. in the funeral home.

Interment followed in the Chapel Hill Memorial Park in San Antonio.
