Help Wanted

CASA VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR, FULL-TIME POSITION. Provides professional staff support to CASA volunteers to ensure that abused children’s best interests are represented in court. Social services experience required.  Responsible for assisting with recruiting and initial training of advocates, and coordinating cases in Wilson County and Karnes County with Atascosa County (home office). Must demonstrate written and presentation communication skills. Must be available to work intermittent evenings/weekends with some travel.  Must have personal car, current TDL, and auto liability insurance. Clara Andrea Roueche Stobb, a resident of Floresville, Texas, passed away Sunday, May 6, 2012, at 5 a.m. in her residence in Floresville at the age of 67 years, 8 months, and 21 days. Clara was born Aug. 15, 1944, to Mr. and Mrs. Richard Roueche.

She worked at Schneider Store for many years, and married Louis Stobb on Sept. 1, 1972. Clara was a member of St. John Lutheran Church in Poth.

She was preceded in death by her parents; and her sister, Paulette Meredith.

Clara is survived by her husband of more than 39 years, Louis Stobb; her children, Ricky Holloway, David Holloway, Margaret Sterner and husband James, and Louis Stobb Jr., all of San Antonio, and Jimmy Stobb of Floresville; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Visitation was held Monday, May 7, at 6 p.m., followed by a prayer service at 7 p.m. in the Vinyard Funeral Home Chapel in Poth.

A funeral service was held Tuesday at 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, officiated by Kelly Tankersley, S.A.M.

Interment followed in the St. John Lutheran Cemetery in Poth.

Serving as pallbearers were Bobby Stobb, Roger Koenning, James Sterner, Nathan Sterner, Anthony Richter, and Jeffrey Kyrish.
