The Witte Museum will present the grand opening of the Robert J. and Helen C. Kleberg South Texas Heritage Center Saturday, May 26, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. in the museum at 3801 Broadway St. in San Antonio.

The center will feature a 20,000-square-foot, two-story building that incorporates the historic Pioneer Hall. It will also serve as a permanent home for the Witte’s South Texas collection, exhibitions and public programs, and will combine with the latest museum technology to trace the legendary history of South Texas.

Admission is $8 for adults and $6 for children, and includes general museum admission. For information, contact Katherine Arcos at 210-325-9517 or kdarcos@yahoo.com.
