Osborne Stables Equine Rescue will hold June Summer Horse Day Camps from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. for children ages 7-16, at its stables at 5056 U.S. 87 West in Sutherland Springs.

Classes will be June 4-8, 11-16, and 25-29, for $135 per week.

Participants will need to take a sack lunch, a lawn chair, sunscreen, a hat, and a smile. Boot-type shoes, jeans, and helmets will be provided, and are required, as children will learn about horse care and maintenance, safety and handling, and riding basics.
