Union Valley Christian Academy is growing! After having opened its doors in 2009, the private school has thrived and is continuing to grow and expand its offerings. Located on F.M. 1681 between Stockdale and Nixon, Union Valley Christian Academy currently offers classes from kindergarten through 12th grade.

The students in the school follow a video curriculum taught by certified teachers, and overseen by an onsite administrator and paraprofessional.

Beginning this fall, the school will also offer a day-care and play program for children ages 2-4. Like the program for school-aged children, the day-care program will also follow the A Beka Curriculum. However, instead of the video program used by the older children, the younger children will be taught by an additional onsite, certified teacher.

Pre-enrollment is now open, and parents who are interested are encouraged to enroll quickly. A $100 deposit will hold your child’s place in the class for the fall -- this applies to both the day care and K-12 schools. Students in the day-care and play program will be charged $100 per week, which is equal to or less than the amount of most day-care providers in the area, but will also give the students the added benefit of classroom practice and instruction along with play and socialization.

Parents interested in the programs offered by Union Valley Christian Academy can come by the school for a visit.
