FLORESVILLE -- A recreational-vehicle (RV) park with a maximum of 50 slots is part of a mixed-use development plan being proposed for 2220 10th St. (U.S. 181) here. The Floresville Planning and Zoning Committee, at a special May 23 meeting, approved a special-use zoning permit for the RV park portion of the plan. . . .
