WASHINGTON, D.C. - The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission, in cooperation with the firm named below, today announced a voluntary recall of the following consumer product. Description: This recall involves the Imaginarium 5-Sided Activity Center. The multi-sided center has two triangle-shaped ends with a wooden multi-colored xylophone on one and a mirror on the other.
