The Stockdale Chamber of Commerce is currently accepting vendor applications for the Stockdale Watermelon Jubilee, set for Thursday through Saturday, June 14-16, in Stockdale.

Scheduled activities include Watermelon Rumble II wrestling by the TWA wrestling association and a live concert featuring the “Cinco Variety Band” on Thursday at 6 p.m.

Friday’s activities include a rodeo and concert, with gates opening at 6 p.m.

Saturday’s all-day activities include a 5K run, parade, assorted contests and entertainment in the park for all ages, a rodeo, and a concert.

Applications for craft booths or food booths are being accepted.

The chamber is also inviting local nonprofits, congregations, and school organizations to join the festival to make some extra money for their organization.
