AUSTIN --The Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS) has added Rocky Duran Ramirez, 32, to the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive list, and a $10,000 cash reward is now offered for information leading to his capture. Affiliated with the Tango Blast-West Texas gang, Ramirez has a lengthy criminal history. He was just released from prison in February 2012, and is already wanted for Parole Violation. All tips can be offered anonymously.

Ramirez, whose last known address was San Angelo, has family in Lubbock and San Angelo, and has previously worked in construction. His criminal history includes Engaging in Organized Crime, Assault Causing Bodily Injury, Arson, Evading Arrest/Detention, Theft, Possession of Marijuana, and Inhalant Abuse.

Ramirez is 5 feet 5 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. His tattoos include: a teardrop on his right cheek; "Mi Reyna Ranci" and "Krazy" on his neck; "Ranci" on the back of his left ring finger; a female face and "Mi Vida Loca" on his inside right forearm; a Texas map on his left chest; and "Texas" on his left shoulder. Texas Crime Stoppers, which is funded by the Governor’s Criminal Justice Division, offers cash rewards to any person who provides information that leads to the arrest of one of the Texas 10
Most Wanted fugitives or sex offenders. There are four different ways to provide anonymous tips:
•Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
•Text the letters DPS--followed by your tip--to 274637 (CRIMES) from your cell phone.
•Submit a web tip through the DPS website by selecting the fugitive you have information about, and then clicking on the link under their picture.
•Submit a Facebook tip at http://www.facebook.com/texas10mostwanted by clicking the “SUBMIT A TIP” link (under the “About” section).

All calls, texts, e-mails and Facebook messages are anonymous.

DPS investigators work with local law enforcement agencies to select fugitives for the Texas 10 Most Wanted Fugitive and Sex Offender lists. You can find the current lists--with photos--on the DPS website at http://www.dps.texas.gov/texas10mostwanted/.

Do not attempt to apprehend these fugitives; they are considered armed and dangerous.
