I guess those screw balls are upset because the county received a better outcome. HUMMM, there is a reason, the person that takes care of the budgets (Mr. Wolff) actually knows what he is doing and understands the numbers. OH not to mention he knows what their system is they are using and is actually a graduate of accounting.
IMAGINE that someone that knows numbers works with numbers!
