Summer reading in Floresville kicks off

The kickoff of the Summer Reading Program of the Sam Fore Jr. Wilson County Public Library will begin Monday, June 18, in the courthouse square area in Floresville.

Mark Babino, an award-winning storyteller, will entertain the audience with his stories on Monday at 10 a.m. in the American Legion Hall, located at 1412 Fourth St. in Floresville.

Elementary Storytime is set for Wednesday, June 20, at 10 a.m. in the library in Floresville. Attendees will get an opportunity to see if they have what it takes to be a detective. The children will get the chance to make their own detective case to hold the tools needed to be a detective.
