Wade Anthony Jimerson, the son of Rick and Lisa Jimerson, is the salutatorian of the Falls City graduating class of 2012. He is the oldest of four brothers.

High school has been quite an experience for Wade, who participated in football, basketball, baseball, and track. Wade was a member of the band, the National Honor Society, the Spanish Club, and the Drama Club. A member of FFA, Wade was involved with livestock judging, the plant ID team, and the quiz contest, and he exhibited steers. He has competed at the state level in many different FFA contests.

In football, Wade was named first team All-District tight end, Academic All-District, and first team Academic All-State.

In baseball, he was selected as second team All-District pitcher.

Wade also served as an altar server for his church.

He plans to attend Texas A&M University in College Station and major in animal science.
