Kyndal Bippert, the 18-year-old daughter of Ryan and Laura Bippert and sister of Kyle and Kolten Bippert, is the salutatorian of the Floresville High School graduating class of 2012. She is the granddaughter of Vernor Bippert of Floresville and the late Adelyn Bippert, and Pete and Cherral Frerich of San Antonio; and the great-granddaughter of Heinrich Noack Sr. of San Antonio. . . .
