WILLIAM J. GIBBS JR. City of Floresville public works employees wade through chest-deep mud June 19 while wrestling to stop the flow of rushing water from a ruptured water main at the corner of First and A streets.

FLORESVILLE -- Downtown Floresville is high and dry as crews work this afternoon to repair a water main break near the intersection of First and A streets here.

Floresville Constituent Liaison Sherry Pollok said at 11:45 a.m. that several downtown residents and businesses have reported a dramatic decrease in water pressure. Some are without water at this time.

The Wilson County News will update this story as more information becomes available.

Well, don't discount her just because she's a "70-year-old." She should fight this. I guess they thought they would start with her instead of trying to do this to Mr. Miller. It was their way of warning all of us!
