POTH -- The Poth Economic Development Corp. (PEDC), at its June 4 meeting, voted to purchase an equipment trailer. This is according to board member Jennifer Pruski, who presided over the meeting in the absence of board President Chrystal Eckel.

Pruski said following the meeting that the trailer will be used to store equipment used when the PEDC plays movies in the amphitheater at the City Park. The trailer will be stored in a shed at the city yard until the corporation can construct its own storage building.

The board has begun discussions on its fiscal year 2013 budget. While a list of priorities has not been formulated, Pruski said construction of park restroom facilities that comply with the provisions of the Americans With Disabilities Act likely will make the list.
